Tổ yến huyết hình thành nhờ khí hậu, địa hình, nguồn thức ăn, chủ yếu có tại Khánh Hòa – vùng biển lý tưởng giúp yến hấp thụ vi khoáng chất và dinh dưỡng vượt trội. So với các loại yến khác, yến huyết chứa hàm lượng sắt và axit amin cao hơn, đặc biệt tốt cho sức khỏe.

Thành phần dinh dưỡng nổi bật:

  • Protein: Cung cấp năng lượng, duy trì hoạt động cơ thể.
  • Axit aspartic, Proline: Hỗ trợ tái tạo cơ, mô, da.
  • Canxi: Tăng cường sức khỏe xương khớp.
  • Threonine, Glycine: Cải thiện làn da, chống lão hóa.
  • Tryptophan: Hỗ trợ sự phát triển của thai nhi.

Đối tượng sử dụng

  • Phụ nữ, đặc biệt là mẹ bầu từ tháng thứ 3 và sau sinh.
  • Trẻ em trên 1 tuổi, thanh thiếu niên, người lớn tuổi.
  • Người lao động nặng, căng thẳng, suy nhược, sau phẫu thuật.

Liều lượng & Hướng dẫn sử dụng tổ yến huyết thô 

  • Người lớn: 3-4g/lần, dùng cách ngày.
  • Người bệnh: Dùng hàng ngày, khi khỏe dùng cách ngày.
  • Trẻ em: ½ lượng người lớn.

Cách chưng yến:

  • Ngâm yến theo tỷ lệ 1g yến/50ml nước trong 10 giờ.
  • Chưng cách thủy 180 phút, lửa nhỏ.
  • Khi yến mềm, thêm đường phèn hoặc nguyên liệu khác (táo tàu, hạt sen…).

Lưu ý

  • Yến huyết dai hơn, cần chưng lâu hơn để dễ hấp thu.
  • Dùng vào buổi sáng trước ăn hoặc buổi tối trước ngủ để có hiệu quả tốt nhất.
  • Không chưng quá lâu tránh mất chất.

Bảo quản

  • Để nơi khô ráo, tránh ánh nắng trực tiếp.
  • Yến đã chưng để tủ lạnh, dùng trong 2 ngày.
